Jeremiah Johnson is an expert in immigration and refugee law. He recently served as an Immigration Judge for the past eight years. He has also served as an Asylum Officer with the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to public service, Mr. Johnson practiced immigration law focused on removal proceedings and federal litigation.He is also an active member of the National Association of Immigration Judges currently serving as the Executive Vice President. He has also served as NAIJ’s Presentation Chair. Mr. Johnson is frequently quoted in the media and serves on seminars addressing the current state of the immigration.
