Elizabeth L. Young is a Founding Partner at Emeriti Law, PLLC, and a nationally recognized expert in immigration court practice and administration with over 20 years of experience. She served 12 years within the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), most recently as Regional Deputy Chief Immigration Judge — a Senior Executive Service position — where she oversaw court operations across the entire Western United States, developed nationwide policy initiatives, and directed training programs for both new and experienced Immigration Judges. Prior to that role, she served as an Assistant Chief Immigration Judge in San Francisco, where she managed over 100 court personnel and developed strategic plans for case management across regular and specialized docket.
